Responsibilities

•  Design, fabrication, and completion of crowns, veneers, bridges, inlays/onlays, dentures, and implant-supported prosthetics

•  Collaborate closely with dentists to ensure precision, aesthetics, and functionality

•  Utilize digital dental technologies (CAD/CAM, intraoral scanners, 3D printing, milling machines) for same-day restorations

•  Apply shading, layering, and polishing techniques for optimal ceramic aesthetics

•  Maintain and properly operate lab equipment

•  Ensure high standards of quality, durability, and aesthetics in every case

•  Work as part of a team to deliver prompt and effective patient care

Qualifications

•  Diploma or degree in Dental Technology

•  Previous experience in a dental lab or clinic

•  Expertise in ceramics, composite materials, and implant prosthetics

•  Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., 3Shape, CEREC)

•  Strong attention to detail and passion for crafting natural, aesthetic smiles

•  Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

•  Team spirit and dedication to the clinic’s vision of excellence
