We are one of the largest Dental Labs in the UK with a team of 46. You would be joining us at a time of growth and expansion into an additional unit which will be next door doubling our size. We are growing our team to reach the needs of customers for complex restorations. We are part of ALS Dental which is the largest dental lab group in the UK. This is an exciting time in the lab with all areas of lab growing. The unit next door will be state of the art CAD/CAM suite. The current site is only 3 years old and modern new build. We are extremely proud of our friendly and highly skilled team and believe in sharing our successes. Team lunch's and quarterly lab events. Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician to work within our CAD/CAM team. The team focuses on high-end dental cosmetic and implant works for top clinics and clinicians across the United Kingdom. We currently have a team of 10 CAD/CAM and are expanding the team to deal with growth.

Duties:
- Collaborate with dentists to understand patient needs and requirements for dental appliances.
- Design everything from single crowns to full arch/all-on-x restorations to a high standard using 3Shape and/or Exocad.

Due to expansion, we are now recruiting for a talented and passionate CAD/CAM Designer.
In order to qualify for this job, you will need to have at least 2-3 years of experience working in the Dental CAD CAM; attention to detail; communication skills; and the ability to work in teams and in a fast peace environment.

Skills:
- Dental CAD CAM Design
- Proficiency in IT systems for designing and creating dental appliances
- Strong organisational skills to manage workflow efficiently in a busy dental lab
- Proficient in English to communicate effectively with team members and dentists
- Previous experience is essential, deep understanding of 3 Shape is a must.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with dentists effectively

- Only working within the lab is considered, this is not a remote post.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00 - £60,000.00 per year
