Due to our continued success, we are now looking for a dedicated professional to join our Quality team at our headoffice in Hull, East Yorkshire.

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic prosthetic technician with a passion for excellence who will live up to the WHW methodology. Experience in other forms of dentistry would be of benefit.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Carrying out tests in accordance with ISO standards of our manufactured products
  • Development and testing of new products      
  • Help & advice to customers regards products                
  • Assist in the manufacturing of products  
  • Potentially helping with our educational programme
  • Training staff on best practises     
  • Working with a variety of materials including acrylics and thermoforming materials     

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to relate to people and build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Experience in any Customer Service environment would be advantageous
  • Great attention to detail
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Outgoing personality with a great sense of humour
