Hire Sebastian - Trainee Dental Technician
Introduction
Sebastian (name changed to protect anonymity) is a Hungarian national that has been living in the UK for the past six years. He has a settled status and looking for full-time employment as a dental technician. He currently resides in Guildford, but also happy to consider opportunities that require relocation.
When asked what he likes most about being a dental technician, he replied "It makes me feel very accomplished to create something with my hands that helps someone with either their confidence or their health"
Education and Experience
Currently, Sebastian is attending Lambeth College once a week as a part-time student and on his second year of dental technology. He still has one year left to obtain his qualification. His time at Lambeth college has helped him gain valuable skills and knowledge in the field.
He says "I have experience mostly in prosthetics, but I would like to improve my skills by learning the digital side of the dentistry world, and I am also interested in specialising in orthodontics. I would consider any decent opportunities where I could learn everything that dental technology can offer"
Salary and Expectations
Sebastian is looking for a full-time position and has a salary expectation of approx £23k per annum. While he has some experience in prosthetics, he is eager to expand his knowledge and skills in other areas of dental technology such as orthodontics, CAD/CAM or maxillofacial.
