When you arrive at work each morning, what are the first things you do?

I usually arrive 2-3 hours before anyone else so I turn on all the lights, make coffee and dive into my emails.

What size team do you have at Nowak Dental Supplies?

26 Total employees.

Tell us a little bit about your team …

We have a sales staff of 14 that has over 100+ years of dental experience, 2 denture teeth pullers, 6 in shipping/receiving/picking orders, 2 in technical support, 2 in accounting.

What are your biggest selling products at Nowak Dental Supplies?

Denture teeth - we have over a million dollars worth in our inventory and 3D Print resins!

How do you see dentistry changing in the next 5 years?

I see more doctors starting to print crowns and labs having to figure out a way to stay relevant with a changing landscape.

And what’s your vision for the future of Nowak Dental?

We want to be a resource for Dental labs in the country and help them navigate the changes that are being presented.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

Talking to customers that have dealt will all three generations of owners at Nowak Dental Supplies.

What is your biggest frustration about your job?

When things go out of warehouse incorrectly.

What are your interests/hobbies outside of work?

Swimming, I have goals of swimming Alcatraz and eventually the English channel.

If you could share a meal with any 4 individuals, living or deceased, who would they be and why?

1. Michael Phelps: for the obvious reasons above

2. Mark Cuban: as I think he is an amazing business person

3. My grandfather: to tell him how this little company he started has become one of the premium dental lab supply companies in the USA

4. Elon Musk: I like his out of the box thinking and how he is able to lead many different companies. 

What would you do if you won the lottery?

Buy Zahn Dental

If you could do any job for a day, what would it be?

Scrooge Mcduck, to swim in his well of gold coins.

Coming out of Covid, where's the first place you'd like to travel to and why?

Australia it is a country that I have always wanted to visit but have not had a chance to make it over there.
